The business model canvas (BMC) is an important tool for creating a tangible framework to test your approach. It serves as a conversation piece for business and industry experts who are keen to dive into revenue models. There are many forms of the business model canvas. I believe the best way to execute a BMC is to create one that is most relevant to your solution.
